1. Registered office : The registered office of the Association shall be situated at No.....................................................
2. Jurisdiction: The area of jurisdiction of the Association shall be the VHF Selve Plots (All Phases in Tamil Nadu and Karnataka) developed by VHF Selve Farms Development, Industrial complex, Hosur, Tamil Nadu.
3. Aims and objects:
a. To safe guard and promote the interest of the members of the Association and carry out all the activities for the benefit of its members.
b. To assist the members to obtain all the legal documents pertaining to their plots such as Patta, Encumbrance certificate, pay up to date tax.
c. To take effective steps for the maintenance and improvement of the environment and aesthetic aspect of each layout.
d. To conduct resurvey of the land and properly demarcate each plot and identify the owners
e. To advise, co-ordinate, liaise etc with VHF Selve Farms Development and other private and statutory organizations as may be necessary.
f. To institute and defend any legal proceedings in the name of the Association and authorize the Secretary or the President to represent the Association in such proceedings or any other member deemed necessary by the managing committee.
g. To do all such acts, deeds and things as are incidental and necessary to attain and fulfill the aims and objects mentioned above.
