bullet imagebullet imageYou will be glad to learn that a website has been created for VHF Plot Owners Welfare Association.  The Association named above has been formed recently and will be registered as a Society under Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act 1975.  The sole purpose of the Association is to bring all the Plot owners of VHF Farm land under one umbrella and to develop our properties with the co-operative efforts of all the plot owners, which is numbering in thousands spread around the world.

VHF Farm land was mainly sold to NRIs working in the Gulf countries, however the plot owners are currently spread all around the world.  The Association's objective is to enlarge its membership through this electronic medium, spread the word and get more Plot Owners to become members of the Association.

Objective of the Association

The first objective of the Association is to help members  to regularise their properties by paying up to date Tax, obtain Patta and Encumbrance Certificate.

The second objective is to help members acquire physical possession of their sites and secure it.

The third objective is to develop the land jointly in order to get better returns from their investment of 25 years.

procedure for enrollment

To enroll as a Member, the prescribed membership Application form given in this website addressed to the President of the Association duly signed by the Plot Owner confirming Ownership of his Plot/Plots and his intention to join the association has to be sent by email to: vhfplotownersassociation@gmail.com

This letter will be retained in the Association files as a record for the Membership of the Association.

The Association do not intent charging any membership fees as of now, however as the membership increase, and if we will need to employ staff for the Association, a small token amount of one time admission/membership fee will be charged.
